A journey through positive impact in South America
Throughout my life, I have found writing to be a way to connect with people, their stories, and to create space for relevant voices to be heard. This newsletter is an opportunity for you to connect with something beyond yourself—someone's life journey—and to make a meaningful impact on an individual driven to expand positive change in South America.
That individual is me…
A 37-year-old dad to an amazing, neurodivergent 5-year-old named Ignácio, living in Rio de Janeiro. I began my career in strategy development and execution in South America, enriched it with a foundation in design and systemic thinking, and now design and execute impact projects at OUTRO.Company—a social business dedicated to helping organizations develop and implement positive impact strategies in South America.
Through this journey of social entrepreneurship, I have found my purpose: to answer, in every strategy, the following question:
“Who needs to be heard so that better decisions are made for society and nature?”
Now, I have a new goal—a dream—to execute my purpose, and I’m inviting you to help make it a reality. The dream is:
To design, develop and execute positive impact strategies in South America for an established organization working as location-independently as possible.
The motivation for this change in my life is based on the following needs:
Establishing a more consistent routine to be present in my son’s life as his needs continuously evolve.
Shifting from one-off projects to creating structural, long-term impact.
Remaining aligned with my identity, which is rooted in strategy and nurtured by a commitment to positive impact.
How can you help make this dream a reality?

You might be asking yourself, why should I collaborate on this?
Beyond pragmatic reasons—such as gaining insights from this newsletter about social impact in South America or supporting someone out of genuine generosity—my hope is that you feel part of this story we’re building together.
Whenever I face an important decision, I ask myself: “What story do I want to tell about this in the future?”
In many ways, I firmly believe that careers are never about one person’s story but a collective one. This is an invitation for us to tell this story together.
This newsletter won’t end when we reach a place where I'm employed or working on long term projects. Instead, I will continue sharing the growing impact made possible by your support.
For now, thank you—and see you along this journey!
